I missed one person in 2007 and now in 2008 I am missing one more (Kasthuri Tathi)
August 2007 I lost my grandpa(mother's father) and now in 2008 I lost my grand grandma(my mother's grandmom) by Jan13th, 2008.
Before I started from India(June2007), I went and met my grand grandma(named: Kasthuri).. I bet to say you all that she is really sweetest person.. She asked me if I was going to get back to india after my studies or be in US? i replied her "i am not sure". But she asked me one thing, she wanted me to marry a girl from India and not from anywhere else... As she wish I will definitely execute what she asked for.
From my childhood I have been calling her (maan tathi).. I think I was 7-8yrs at that time, I went to meet her in her hometown(meetupalayam). You will not believe me saying this, all around her home walls they usually hang stuffed deers head with horns!.. Wowo... I was really thrilled to see it!
I went to her and asked for one deer head.. You know what she did, she took one big deer head and dusted it to hand it over to me. Wow...... I will never forget that deer head and whenever my grand grandma gets deer meat, she used to send it to me via someone..
I still have that deer head hanging in my home(pollachi)..
Miss you tathi.... I will definitely need all your blessings and love forever..
Love you maan tathi..... Your dreeams and your feelings are always with us... We will definitely be good Humans and fillfull all your wishes..
